New Class starts St Thomas Community Hall on 2nd February 2012 at 8.15 - 9.15 pm then every Thursday evening.
Entry fee is £5.00.
Wear what you feel comfortable in. Remember feeling good and feeling sexy is what it is all about. Basque style top, shorts and heels are great but if you prefer to come in jogging bottoms and a top that is fine too. But when you gain confidence you may feel happier to wear something a little sexier!
