Cabalesque is all about having fun, getting fit and gaining body confidence. Being happy with the body that you have and feeling so happy with it that you wish to show it off - feeling sexy - feeling great.
We use a variety of music styles and are constantly striving to produce the most fantastic dance moves that incorporate Cabaret and Burlesque styles.
Burlesque dance that we teach is usually sexy routines and moves with feather boas, fans, fishnet tights, full length silk gloves. It is cheeky but not offensive.
We also teach a variety of other dance styles such as street, hip hop and latin american, something for everybody's taste!
We cater for women of all shapes, sizes and abilities who are aged from16 years to 65 years. Dance experience is not at all necessary, most of the women that come to the classes have never danced before.
Our mission is to make you love the body you have and to feel so happy with it that you lose all those inhibitions you may have built up over time.
Regular dance sessions are held at various venues and we also provide private dance tuition, hen parties and girlie nights in your own home or at a convenient venue.
